DELIVERY METHOD

We dispatch our orders using UK Royal Mail for both UK and International orders.
We always endeavour to dispatch items immediately via 2nd class recorded delivery. We will always keep you updated via e-mail at each stage.
If for any reason, any item(s) you have ordered are out of stock we will contact you by email and/or phone within 24 hours.

DELIVERY COSTS & CHARGES

You will require to pay delivery and packaging charges as follows;
UK: Royal Mail, 1st Class Tracked – FREE DELIVERY
Europe: Royal Mail, International Signed For – £15
USA: Royal Mail, International Signed For – £20
Australia and New Zealand: Royal Mail, International Signed For – £20
All Other Overseas Countries: Royal Mail, International Signed For – £20

VALUE ADDED TAX

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT at the standard prevailing UK rate.

CANCELLATIONS

If you are contracting as a Consumer, you may cancel a contract at any time within 7 working days from the day after delivery. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products including the original delivery cost but will not be reimbursed for the cost of returning the Product or Parcel. You must notify us of your cancellation in writing or in another durable medium sent to our correspondence address on “Contact Us” or by e-mail to info@naturalfootwear.co.uk

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be made when the returned product has been received by us. Your payment will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation if the product has been returned to us by then. You will be required to prepay return postage or carriage costs which are non-refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

On receipt of a returned item which was originally paid for by credit card, a reimbursement will be made directly to the credit card account of the person who paid for the product. Where an exchange item is required, the card will be recharged on dispatch of the replacement product.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

1) In the event of a Product being damaged on receipt it should be returned for our inspection immediately.
2) Under no circumstances must a Product be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted it in its damaged condition. Before a replacement Product or refund can be issued,  the Product must be returned for our inspection since the Product may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.
3) All Postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed for valid damage claims.

RETURNS TO OUR STORE

If you choose to, you can also return your items to our store in person. Simply bring along your proof of purchase/invoice and a form of photo ID.
